The mesh on the ribbon heels conflicts with some clothing items. I only went through all the full body items. It's not everything that conflicts but when it conflicts it's not the same each time.
I tried in a save that had some CC and stuff no mods in. I tried again in a new save with the mods folder removed to desktop and I even tested it in a whole new sims 4 folder and the mesh is still messed up.
The attached photo is from a new sims 4 folder.
