Please remove any mods/cc you might have and delete the localthumbcache.

Post  in the mods forum if that stops the crashing and you need further help finding the culprit The Sims 4 Mods & Custom Content | EA Forums

If the issue persists with no mods, post in PC tech The Sims 4 Technical Issues - PC | EA Forums 

Make sure to include you Computer's DxDiag

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
