SDX040CCH Coach Collection jeans and sneakers not tagged for hot/cold weather

In CAS these new free Coach CAS jeans & shoes aren't tagged for cold weather, and the sneakers aren't tagged for hot weather.

These two assets are missing from cold weather, and the shoes are missing from hot weather.

Asset names:

Tested on both male and female framed sims. Mac, no mods.
