[S] Costumes not working for Sims w/ Custom Gender Preference

So, I got the Sims 4 Seasons expansion pack a few months ago, but I'm just now going through my custom "Spooky Day" holiday (meant to be Halloween, or course). I have three young adult Sims in my household; two cis men, and one non-binary character.

I was trying to put on costumes, and they worked perfectly fine for the first two Sims. Then I tried to put my nonbinary sim, Kian, into the space ranger costume. It didn't work. They were wearing some other random outfit instead. I tried again. They put on a dress from City Living. I tried a bunch of the other costumes, and about half of them did the same thing; random outfits instead of the correct costume. Kian is listed as male, with a masculine clothing preference, and a feminine frame. The random outfits were always feminine outfits, despite their clothing preference.

Again, everything worked fine for my cis Sims. This seems to be a problem specifically caused by being trans. Which honestly feels really gross, especially since the wrong outfits are determined by body type (or biology) instead of the Sim's gender and clothing preference. I know it's more than likely an oversight and unintentional, but it's probably the most blatantly transphobic thing my game has done.

I play on my PS4, and thus have never used any mods or CC, so I know that has nothing to do with it. Sorry this is like four or five paragraphs. I tend to be pretty wordy.

I attached pictures of four of the glitched costumes. These are not all of them, though. I also did the space ranger twice to show that the outfit it replaced the costume with isn't a 1 to 1 replacement, but random every time. Also, you'll see with the astronaut costume that when hats are involved, the hat is correct for some reason. I have no idea why.
