'Send forged break up letter' always available

just tested this on my game and can't find the interaction for my Sim. I do have the newest pack installed as Early Access (thanks EA) so this could play a factor but how did you remove your mods/cc ? Did you delete your cache files ?

I don't have the latest pack. I uninstalled mods (only ever had mc command center) before the latest update, but I'm not sure if I deleted the cache files.

I'm experiencing this too on PS4 when I click on the mailbox. I don't own the new royalty pack, don't use cheats or have mods/cc as I'm on console. It started after I updated my game to the newest patch on Feb 12th, I didn't install the February 3rd update, I waited until the Feb 12th patch came out to update my game. Console: Version 2.29

I've noticed this as well recently, I didn't think anything of it at first because my sim had such a high mischief skill and I thought it was related to that, but I've just checked with another couple of sims and they also have the option

Is your Sim in the Noble career? I happen to be in the internal files and I see in simPicker_Mailbox_SendForgedBreakupLetter file that those in the Noble Career are on the picker list.
