kimmie9850 Please try clearing Windows temp files:
- Click Windows key-R, and a run box will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- In the new window, type or copy & paste "%temp%" (without the quotes), and enter.
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Temp folder. Delete all files and folders inside.
- If some files or folders can't be deleted, restart your computer (a real restart, not sleep/wake) and try again.
Additionally, before trying again to open the EA App, clean-uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Use the Intensive scanning method when asked. Restart your computer and download a fresh copy of the App installer from here:https://www.ea.com/ea-app#downloads
Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Then open Sims 4 and try to use the Gallery.

I did everything you said but it didn't help. I still have the same problems...

Yes, I am saying that.
kimmie9850 Can you test with your EA account on another computer, or can a friend or family member test with their EA account on your computer? I'd like to establish whether the cause here is your system or your account, and this is the most reliable way.
CartoonTrain94 That's why I'm asking you to test each room individually, then narrow things down from there: delete some items in an affected room and test, delete a few more, etc. I don't know which items might be responsible either.

I downloaded the sims on my laptop, but I’m having the same problems so I don’t think it had anything to do with my pc

It is working again!
Im not sure why tho, my best guess is that it didnt sync correctly the first time (after I had removed and re-added my account) cause I had to sync it a second time (after noticing my event rewards were missing).
Still dont know what caused this in the first place tho.

I recently started getting a server error when trying to upload a newly created household to the gallery. I have already tried:
Exiting the game and re-entering
Re-starting my computer
Removing my mod folder, deleting localthumnailcache file & repairing my game
Uploading the household from CAS rather than my library. It doesn't matter. I still cannot upload to the gallery.I have pre-purchased the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion pack, but I am NOT part of the EA Creator Network and do NOT have early access to the game.
Photo of the error message attached. Any help with this issue would be appreciated!

I have the same issue. Not my internet or computer issue- this started right after the burglar update. I am trying to save a cc free 30x20 lot in my library and upload to gallery and neither is working.

I have the same error/issue as well. Started after the burglar update.

puzzlezaddictit is not a specific room or item issue. It happens to everything trying to be uploaded/saved in library or gallery. Households, empty lots, empty rooms. This bug started after the Burglar update
