As I was playing through the Nature's Calling event, my sim put on the Flowing Fronds Swimwear and looked like this. Extremely noticeable visual glitch. Images included.

Oh dear. Do you have any CC installed? And are your graphics set to laptop mode?
CC disabled and no laptop mode.
