My Sim looks like the most well-polished shoe ever since the latest update (1.116.223.1030). It does not work creating a new sim either, they will eventually start glistening as well. No mods. No CC.
Westisfestiss To confirm, you removed the whole Mods folder and deleted localthumbcache? What else did you try?
