I've had the same visual glitch, but only when I leave CAS (the sim looked normal in CAS, but was glitched in live mode and in the household preview.) I did have the short dirty nails on that others mentioned, but not the shiny skin effect. I tried starting a new save, restarting my game and it was still there. It disappeared when I went back into CAS and removed the nails.
