It's not there all the time, or even in cas for me but it'll just show up randomly or tied to specific outfits. (I have the nails applied to every outfit category). It went away temporarily after I changed the top but not the nails. Removing the nails fixes the problem permanently. It's caused by the long AND short dirty nails.
On the sims that are affected the actual shiny skin accessory doesn't work.
