The new short dirty nails from the July 1st update cause visual glitches with my sims. Video and photo attached showing what exactly happens. I'm on PS5 with no mods. The longer dirty nail set seems to work just fine, only the shorter one is giving me visual glitching.

Some of my sims have started getting covered in white squares, both in their post CAS photos and their player photo (I don't know what it's called, please see pictures).
This has happened so far to some of my new female sims, but not all, and non of the male sims.
Could it be a certain type of clothing or make up?
The squares don't appear on the sim itself when in live mode, but is there in their photo all the time, in live mode, in CAS, in the gallary, in main manu.
Restarting the game does not help.
I am on a PC, I have no mods or CC and current game version is 1.120.117.1030 DX11
I don't know if it helps but it seems to happen only on women sims.
Wow, this is still happening - had it in my game today as I used those dreaded nails. I thought it would have been fixed by now since we all know the cause...
