Sims are stuck inside the house and wont go to work or outside. Resetting sims did not work at all. Not sure were to go from here. please help! This is all on PC.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Do you get a routing failure on the doors or what exactly happens ? Could you give some more details ? Maybe add a short video ?
