if you are still experiencing the same problem, I have found a method that works. close the want and fear, then close the game. open the game and open the wanst-fear section. Make "testingcheats on" and then "traits.equip_trait trait_Fear_Dark" first. the fear of darkness will be reloaded into your sim. Then after a while, in the wants part, the want to eliminate the fear of dark will appear. Eliminate the fear with this method not with Fear-B-Gone. Be Confident and go to the dark. totally fear will go away, still will not go to take the buff. I guess in my save the problem is potion, I do not know.
