Sim going to work in her bathing suit

My Sim has been going to work in her bathing suit, sunglasses, and a backwards hat for months! This is not even an outfit in her collection.  It seemed to happen randomly, not after and particular update, but has not resolved since any recent updates. She is in the scientist career as a UFOlogist. I'm not using any mods or CC.
