For months my gallery has been off. At good times I can search something but it won't load results and once I open anything it completely craps out and freezes or kicks me out completely. In addition, the game doesn't recognise a few packs I installed. The EA game clearly states installed but the world isn't there or anything else.
Anybody got the same problems?
mine will still not load. this is getting extremely annoying.

There's currently a few gallery threads open with different causes. I will link them later, bit short on time, rn.
For the pack issues, did you check if they are enabled ?
Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection.
If not, please create a new thread in PC tech for help with this.
