I play on a PS5 with no mods or cheats.
Sims 4 rent is not allowing me to collect rent from tenants and the lease length is both stuck at 7 days and/or restarts the 7 days each time I save and re-enter the game. Both have happened at no specific pattern. But, rent is never paid or collected. When it does randomly show the lease length decreasing, there is no grace period to edit, no rent is collected and then freezes at 7 from then on out. When there is a ghost, electrical, or septic issue that is resolved within the time frame in the effected unit, the game consistently shows it is not completed and will decreases and, on occasion, increases the effected unit.
Please resolve this bug. This pack could be really cool, but it has never actually worked right for more than a week, if that.
