My sim gets flirted by stranger sim every day but getting mean interactions with Friends/Family and Partner. it doesnt make sense at all. Most of the Relationship are now damaged.

Do you use mods? With MCCC you can modify what kinds of autonomous interactions are allowed / not allowed, and can turn off autonomous flirting for sims that do not already have a romantic relationship.
That setting is for the flirty mood, but I have my sims wrecking havoc without the mood. I have that setting on and it doesn't stop all these random (no mood) flirty introductions with new flower petal showers that are now in the game. It doesn't even look flirty, except for the petals. There's also at least one other interaction that was too subtle to notice, but they sure wrecked my sims' marriage!
