Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving. For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed. I've linked to a video to better explain...

I also tested using the 50:50 method with packs.
The issue still occurs even with all packs turned off.

In my case, Get Famous seems to be the cause of the freeze.
Interestingly, when I also have Enchanted by Nature installed, the base game issue is resolved.
