Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

I have attached a link to a video I took of my sim hugging the air instead of the stuffed animal from the newest event. Plus my sim getting into a 'asleep' mood but not actually being in bed?

Here is the LE I get when opening my game

As you can see in the video, the first interaction the sims perform after being reset works fine, but any interactions following do not work at all.
