Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving. For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed. I've linked to a video to better explain...

Bri423 I understand if you don't want to try anymore, but I'm still here and haven't run out of ideas. So if you change your mind, feel free to come back. And in that case, let me know what happens when you try to uninstall the game with Revo Uninstaller.

It actually won't even let me DM you the saves. All I can do is copy and paste. That is it. I guess I can't help you any further. I'm sorry.
