Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving.

For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed.

I play on PC, windows. I don't have an CC or Mods. 

ALSO when i got into household inventory in build mode, the lag is horrible. 

Anyone else having this issue?
