Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving. For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed. I've linked to a video to better explain...

emmeisspicy I found a solution that's worked for me! Unlink Steam from the EA App then install all packs directly via the EA App. The issue may have been related to the Steam/EA App connection.
