Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving. For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed. I've linked to a video to better explain...

Also, funny how support hasn’t said a single thing, even though they’re closing new tickets and redirecting them to this case/chat. It’s been two weeks since the update was released, and not a word. Very professional.
