Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

When i action the Sims to do a certain thing like pick up child or walk somewhere, the sims doesn't move it's like it freezes and does do anything i have to clear the line of actions and try again. The child in my characters wandered off to nowhere and i tried to make the sims go grab her and it wouldn't move. 

My sim freezing issue started after Installing the Nov 4th update. I'm on ps4 console no mods, CC etc. My sim froze at the start of a conversation with her romantic partner. I had her queue the 'blow a kiss' interaction but they didn't move instead just standing there staring at each other for ages so I cancelled the interaction and that got stuck and wasn't removed from her queue but her icon in the bottom right showed her doing other things like going to bed and she got the moodlet for sleeping but she was still visably standing still locked in a conversation with her partner. I had to quit to main menu without saving. It's annoying because I've had this happen before and usually they just T-pose and reset themselves out of the conversation. Another thing that might be relevant or not but happened right before this was that my sims romantic partner called their son who lives with my sim asking to come over, when I saw her partner knocking on the door I clicked on him and chose blow a kiss with my main sim and he just walked into their house. He was never officially invited in via the interactions pie menu. 

Okay guys I think I found a fix. I've been working on this issue since the beginning of October and suspected it to be a OneDrive issue, which I honestly think it is. I can't guarantee if it is for the rest of you, but I'm certain that was the issue for me. I had some issues with my OneDrive syncing and because the Sims 4 folder was stored in there, I assumed that's why my sims weren't doing their actions and completely unresponsive. Which made sense.

For those of you dealing with this issue and you are on Windows, I would recommend checking your OneDrive to see if there's any syncing issues/if you need to log into the account, things like that. If there's not any, I would HIGHLY suggest creating a new user (create a new account if needed, cause I had to do that bc I forgot my previous account password which was the reason for the syncing issues), then reinstall the game on that new folder and test it out with a fresh save.

Now, before you do ANY of this PLEASE make sure to BACKUP all your sims files that way you don't lose them. I'm talking your mods, saves, AND tray folder. I would hate for you guys to lose anything. After you do that, reinstall on a fresh new user and run it with no mods nothing to see if it works. I followed these steps and now my game is working again. My Sims are picking up the babies, they're listening to my interactions and actually doing them, the time is going, and so far it's been an hour of it working. If y'all have any questions plz hit me.

Also I would recommend turning off OneDrive for future purposes. I did some research and found that it causes some issues especially if you play with mods, so yeah see what you could do about that. Right now I have it still hooked up to OneDrive until I can figure out how to move the files for my desktop, so even if you use it should still be fine as login as you test it on another user. Sorry for the short essay but it's been a heck of a journey trying to figure out what the issue was!

(If you're a Mac user please try replicating the steps that I outlined to your best ability)

Sim is singing there is a voice that sings and the singing skill is raising, but she is just standing and opening her mouth slightly. After a while she sings normally with the animation and then she freezes again and sings like this

It is getting ridiculous that we all know that whenever a new patch, update, kit, expansion etc will break something in the game and it seems the devs can fix things that don't really affect gameplay like shadows and cas items but can't fix things that have a real negative impact on the game like this bug. Or it takes months or years to fix something it's just so frustrating. In my vanilla game yesterday I wanted to see if Evergreen Harbour maker spaces were really fixed this time and my sim  just stood outside the building with his needs going down and the list of things I'd assigned him to do apparently getting done because I was getting the aspiration points for them. But I had to zoom out on the map and make him travel home when his needs were getting in the red because he ignored the go home command.

Windows laptop with direct x 11, no mods or cc ever, vanilla save.

You would think after longer than a month of not playing because of this one issue it would be fixed with the nov. 4th patch. But no.

It's actually super disappointing that this thread has so many votes and comments and the issue actually has been going on for MONTHS, then when they drop an update for 150+ fixes this issue still CONTINUES. If you're new to the Sims, let me tell you the money you will spend on expansion packs and kits and whatever else this company pushes is NOT worth the headache and the amount of problems you'll have to deal with this game.

This issue persists without a single crumb of custom content or mods, so please don't say remove them. Already tried that. Several times. Did everything else, there's really not much left to do as I've verified many times it's not any of my mods and it's definitely not my computer.

Nov 5 here, They actually haven't fix this issue. SMH

My sims either won't follow a command (just stand there) or they "do" it without actually moving.

 For example, they will go to sleep without getting into bed or they wont sit, take a shower etc. 

I do not play with mods/cc installed. I play on an PC.  I have tried making a new house. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, i tried to repair. It has been this way since Adventure awaits was released over a month ago and I still can't play The Sims. 

I also couldn't even play the last event because of this issue. 

My sims refuse to cook or eat in any way at all. The interaction doesn't play at all. Sometimes they T-pose, but often nothing happens at all. The action sometimes queues forever but doesn't pull up. Sometimes it pulls up and then fails instantly. 

They won't get a quick meal, they won't cook on the grill, they won't cook with the oven/stove, or a salad (off grid cooking). The most that may happen is on a public grill the food will appear on the grill, but the sim won't move and the cooking animation won't play, the food will never complete cooking, but their skill will increase.

When the queue gets stuck and I have the sim walk to unstick it, sometimes the walking interaction will not end. I have to end it myself for anything else to happen.

I have already tried: completely deleting TS4 game and packs and re-installing, deleting all mods and CC, starting a new save with a totally new Sim, moving all Build/buy objects out of the way in game, trying on a community lot, trying in a non-lot grill in-world. PLEASE DON'T SUGGUEST ANY OF THESE.

I use a PC laptop. (Lenovo something or other).

help pls so um idk why this happened so erm my sims 4 so i played my load game and last night it was js doing okay but now (new save) my sims wont do anything like if i order them to shower it will show the shower queue, but hes not moving or doing anything; if i make him sing he will js stand still not moving n hes js singing; if i make him go play games the queue is moving but he js stands still not moving; if i make him interact w other ppl, they js stands still not talking or moving at all. help pls ive done like taking out my mods, repair game, perform a factory reset on sims 4, delete cache files, reset debug or reset sim. (AND IF I RESET HIM N MAKE HIM SING IT WILL AMKE HIM MOVE, BUT THEN HE WILL JS NOT MOVE SUDDENLY) T-T
