Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems (after Patch 1.112)

This has been happening since updating the game today. Sims will stand in one place while activities I make them do are happening remotely.

For example, if I make them use the grill they are standing miles away from it and food just spawns on the grill. 

This happens to everything I make them do, if I make them sleep, their sleep bar fills but they just stand in the middle of the room.

If I make them play piano their skill is raising but they're not physically sitting next to a piano. 

Latest game version, no mods atm, cleared cache, repaired game and new save.

I’ve been having this issue since the new pack (Businesses and Hobbies) download. 

I have been having the exact same problems, even without cc or mods. It has been unplayable for months and it got worse after the last update, only CAS is playable. I've tried new saves, deleting old stuff, updated everything, repaired the game, nothing is working :/

if anyone else is having this problem try removing the movie hangout stuff pack. 

I have no clue why but after removing it game works as normal again even on old saves

I am experiencing the same problem after just downloading the game. I haven't used any mods. My Sim gets stuck in the toilet, and the to-do list just keeps getting longer. When I move objects out of the way, it creates a cascade effect. Animals can also get stuck in one position, and when I try to pick them up, they remain in that same spot with no movement or animation. However, I'm hesitant to pick up the animals because that causes everything to freeze. I'm on a gaming pc 

My sim's queues and actions are completely messed up. When I load into Live Mode, my sim will act normal for the first minute or so, before they start telekinetically doing actions. (ex: playing with a cowplant from all the way across the lot) Then their queue will get a random action like "Get a drink". The sim will stand there stuck and the action will not leave their queue until I reset them. Other times, it'll say that they're currently doing an action that they aren't. (ex: the sim will be playing on their phone but it will say that they're reading a book) The actions also don't fill up at all when using the toilet or showering. The queue will say that the sim is doing the action, but the sim is still sitting down. If I manage to actually get the sim to do the action, the queue will either not show any progress or instantly fill up but never end and the sim will keep doing the action endlessly. When I reset the sim, whatever needs would've been filled while doing the action fill up. Then they stand there completely still, not even idle. All of the animals and townies in the world also freeze. The pause, play and speed buttons also stop working after a while.

At one point, I got stuck in an infinite loading screen while trying to get to manage worlds, because when I tried to get my sim to travel, she just infinitely yapped on the phone. I couldn't exit my game, tab out, or close my game without forcing it by exiting through the windows key and ending the task with task manager.

Im on Windows 11 PC. I have all of the packs, including Enchanted by Nature and I've removed ALL of my mods and CC. I didn't have a lot of mods. I've tried taking my mods folder out and placing it on the desktop, deleting the localthumbcache file and the avatarcache file, repairing my game, starting new saves, renaming my SIms 4 folder and letting the game generate a brand new one, removing my ENTIRE sims folder from the Electronic Arts folder and letting my game generate a brand new Sims 4 file, and absolutely nothing has helped even a little. It affects every sim on every lot. I don't know what else to do... I JUST got the game and I can't find any information anywhere on how to fix it.

UPDATE: Movie Hangouts is what's causing these issues for me! I opened File Explorer, scrolled down and opened "This PC", then "Local Disc", then "Program Files", then "EA Games", then "The Sims 4", and I removed the file "SP05", which is the Movie Hangouts pack. I put the file into a different folder and cleared all game caches again. When I opened my game, my sims and townies were behaving normally again. I made sure that it was THAT specific pack by isolating the packs in batches. If anyone else is having this issue, I hope this works for you. Just know that this will uninstall Movie Hangouts from your game.

This has started happening in my game as well. Only twice so far but it has happened. No mods or cc. In one my sim was just standing there, or so I thought. I didn't know he was stuck and told him to do a couple of things and before I knew it they were completed and he was still standing there. I had to reset him twice and then he vanished and I found him in the house in the area I had been trying to send him to. So there was nothing I could screenshot to show you. 

In the above pics you can see that it says the child is at school, only he is not. He is standing in the spot where he would have vanished when entering the rabbithole. I noticed that he had a chilled affect on him so I clicked him and told him to switch into cold weather clothes and he did. Then he went in the house and did things, and when it was time for school to be over the away icons went off from his portrait and I was able to access his inventory again and such. That is all I have on this for now. 

Just had it happen again as part of another problem I was reporting. It looks like the child is standing there but he went to bed as you can see on active sim. '

I reset them all and they landed all over the house. But they still would not move. Then I reset the toddler that was still in bed just to see what would happen, and boom, the travel screen popped up immediately. I was able to travel them, the adults and oldest child, to the local park. Sent the child home and traveled adults to planet honeypop successfully. 

Did anyone find a solution to this problem? 

How to clean game caches please? And how did you isolate the packs in batches?
