Sims arm morph/glitch

Sims arms glitch to being backwards or at unnatural angles, not necessarily when picking up a child but also when dealing with getting food and possibly other factors. Seen this since at least mid-Jan this year and still have been running into it with each brand new save while still on the first and second generations, which is too frequent in my opinion. All the sims are non-occults.
