Sims become muscular for no reason

I thought my bug was from sword play but after keeping them from it. I think we are experiencing the same bug

This might be design but Swordmanship seems to make them muscular.

Looks like there might be a few reasons in this thread.

Yeah. I didn't realize it would change their physique (it doesn't really say that it changes their physical appearance, just that they'll slowly increase fitness skill, perform better in athletic and doctor career. I guess maybe it should have clicked, but my brain doesn't always brain in that sense) . I thought my game was bugged, but I think that might be it, since after getting rid of it, I haven't had that issue. 

I think that's probably it. I wonder why that decree would do that, it's really frustrating for everyone to gain all that muscle at once. 

For those that have the Royalty pack, do you have the Vitality decree activated (through the Noble Career). I found out my issue was because of that decree. It stated that sims would gain fitness skill, though I didn't realize that it also would make them lose weight and gain mass muscles. As soon as I removed that decree, my sims were back to their original muscular mass. This is for those with the new pack.

My sims keep getting muscular for no reason. I change them back with cas full edit mode cheat but by the next day they are buff again. I have checked the mental muscle perk and removed it, but it keeps happening.
I have noticed it has begun to happen to other sims in the world. I don't have any cc installed.

Make sure to upvote this post. It's a really annoying bug. I hope they fix it soon. 

This is happening to all my sims after the royalty pack. The stay over guests and even the butler is buff lol
