Sims can't interact with kit items purchased from the Marketplace

I bought a kit from the Marketplace using Moolas. I can place the items in build/buy mode, however in live mode, my sims cannot interact with the objects. I don't have any mods or cc in my game and have tried re-installing the pack. Please fix!!
