Sims constantly doing mischief

There are so many sims now that behave mischievously even though they don't have a single negative trait!!! I hate this so much because I know every interaction can't be perfect but it's so annoying when you leave one of your sims unattended and they are actively sabotaging every relationship - including those with family members. Same with random sims. There are so many of them that do mischievous stuff and make your sims embarrassed or angry randomly. It's just way to common and I don't think sims should behave mischievously unless they have already built a negative relationship with another sim or have the trait like evil or mean (any negative ones).  This has been a problem for too long!!😒

PS: I don't use Mods at all.

    Its gotten so bad in my save i constantly have to cancel the action and they ignore it. so now my sim is constantly unhappy because she doesnt like mischievous

    Yes! My proper traited sim is always doing something mischevious, either on the computer (troll teh forums) or in person, to her family and friends.

    mischief is not necessarily something they do when they have a negative relationship. Those are mean interactions.

    Is that what you are seeing ?
    Could you list the interactions the Sims are doing ?

    One thing I've noticed about those is that Mischief starts becoming excessive shortly before an update, usually after an update is when it settles down again, I don't know why, but this is from personal experience and observation. It's happened everytime now

    I came upon this report because I'm also having issues with mischief. My sims are also doing mischief frequently, but what bothers me is that all mischief interactions fail making sims dislike them and affecting their relationships negatively. Which is also discussed in this report/thread:

    Although this report is not about the frequency, I still think it might be relevant here. As said before, mischief interactions aren't supposed to (always) be negative. Sims should mostly enjoy pranks (they used to before this bug). But with this bug, mischief interactions are always failing (regardless of traits, skill level and likes/dislikes) which makes sims not like them and make it seem that these are negative interactions. And when you experience your sims are constantly doing mischief it becomes really annoying.
