There are so many sims now that behave mischievously even though they don't have a single negative trait!!! I hate this so much because I know every interaction can't be perfect but it's so annoying ...

I'm having an issue since the latest update where my household sims are doing an excessive amount of autonomous mischief to one another. Additionally, townies in the world are also doing excessive mischief at venues, on sidewalks, at my house when they come over, etc. It's causing dates to cancel because of too much mischief because it happens almost immediately between interactions.
This is happening in my lightly modded save so I tested it in a vanilla save and I'm seeing the same issue.
I play on desktop and I have all DLC except Modern Mensware.
