I picked being mischievous on the date activity. it came as a task at the date and I did it. The other sim ended the date because of it. Really annoying. Please fix this

I was controlling my Sim Valerie, the ENTIRE time; I have autonomy off and was running small talk and flirting responses the entire date. There were no mean or michievous interactions. They were satisfied, with good compatability. All of a sudden I got a popup asking to change their romance dynamic to "strained" and this notification.
I have been getting a lot of negative relationship scores from positive interactions too. At first I thought it might be from a sims having a dislike (eg. dislikes flirting or something) but I checked those and the my sims were compatible. I tend to check all romantic interaction, as positive, for my sims. I am not sure if this is related but, I get a lot of popups in game asking if a sim likes flirting, or other romantic interaction, even though I have already checked it in CAS that they do.
PC. No mods. No CC. All packs except the last one and most kits.
