I am getting this as well, and have been for some time. It's only ever 1 sim, and usually only when there is another sleeping in the bed already. In my case, they're spouses, so it shouldn't be a big deal...but the last one in usually gets in and gets right back out (the room does go dark as I have auto-lights for all lights, but it's very very brief). Then I have to put them back to bed, and they stay.
