Sims just stand & showing micro-movements

I am experiencing this also.

I am experiencing this on MAC, No Mods or CC ever used. Sims just freeze in place and do not do anything, or continue to do an action over and over again for several minutes beyond what is normal. 

My parent sims helped the child sim with a project and then just kept performing the actions long after the child had completed the project and left. The parent was stuck for at least 2 minutes.

I also had an instance where the sim was spraying for bugs for hours. Did not stop.  I ended up going to managed worlds and back to reset them.

It is happening all the time on different animations

Yup. Same here. I think I've been having it since that update as well. I'm not sure if it's because I'm playing in a large lot? Resetting the sim doesn't help. They'll stand around starving themselves until I realize they're stuck.

I've also had this happen and I've sometimes managed to catch something like "chat with someone" appear and the icon is of a computer.

Experiencing this on PC, Windows 11. This happens while playing chess and doing some actions where they sit down.  I've also had it happen intermittently while Sims stand up and talk. 

This is also happening for me. Usually the sim in question eventually resets on their own, but may be standing with queued actions that do not occur for an extended period. Quitting and restarting the game clears it. I do not use mods or cc and have all packs.
