Nearly every actions are cancelling themselves (even in small saves with just a dozen sims). It takes 3 to 5 times asking a sim to do something for them to do it. If I ask one time, they usually cancel the action...

for completions sake could you please add tags for mod usage (if you use any or not) and your platform.

Hi Frantztztz seems I missed your answer.
Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
