this just happened to me, i opened a market stall (or whatever it's called that comes with City Living) at first it was doing good but after a bit my game started to freeze, i wished i saved it up before opening a market stall
i do save things up but i do think the last save was from like 2 sims hours or so ago so i haven't thought about saving it up before opening a stall market
i have 1 mod but maybe i should remove them to see if it's working
