My sim was in the library in Willow Creek, reading a book, when I noticed that everyone in the library, including my sim, were frozen. I was able to stop reading the book and go write a book by repeatedly hitting escape each time everyone froze again, which caused most of the people in the library to start moving again. The one exception was Judith Ward, who continued to stand frozen, so I suspect it was something she was trying to do or someone trying to interact with her. No last exception was thrown, and I do not have a save from during the incident.
I opened my save from where I left off before the update, they were just talking in a restaurant. Then all the sims were stuck, I did everything possible including repairing the game and it didn’t help, I sent them home by pressing M but that didn’t work either and nothing I do makes them move again.
