I distinctly remember the fairies patch made it a lot worse, as I was surprised during my first days of playing it, compared to my previous experience (on the same save). It has always been a bit buggy but it got a lot worse with that patch, something there has made them cancel the whole queue even more often.
2 things happen in general:
- I queue up several activities and chats, and the sim just stands there does nothing and the whole queue is empty again, even though the chat partner I targeted as first activity is just outside the door of a community venue :(
- The Sim is doing something I don't want, and I queue up other activities, and try to X out the current unwanted one, but they don't stop doing the unwanted one and it does not disappear from the action queue even though I click on the X multiple times. By the time they stop they are far away and it is very annoying now having to bring them all the way back again
