Sims not gaining character values when aging from teen to YA

I am not receiving character values when aging my teen sim up to young adult. All 5 are in the threshold for the reward traits. I have re-started the same day multiple times and it doesn't change anything. I saw an open thread in the master list for this issue and don't see a solution on the thread. Thanks

Hello, I want to report a problem, when a child ages to a teenager to a young adult, the options to select aspiration and new characteristics do not appear....

Same problem for me. Plus, later in the same family my sims went from teenager to adult. In an other save My sim went from young adult to the last age (I don't know how it's cold in English).

Same issue here. I also don't get the pop up to give them their third trait. I either have to use a retraiting potion or wait for a self discovery moment. No mods ever.

When Teenage Sims age up to young adults they will get the option of a third Trait.

This was most likely fixed as part of the third trait issue in Patch 1.114.46/2.12
