Hi everyone,
I merged a few threads.
Could you please all provide the following info
- Are the Interactions getting queued in the interaction queue when the freeze occurs
- During the freeze, does the game go unresponsive
- at any point of time did they use the 3x Speed
- of course if they are using any Mods or have used any in the save they saw the freeze
- main thing, if any of them saw it occur post the Epatch update on 19th since there was a freeze fix
Also any saves that have the issue. You can DM (for the time being) and I'll forward them.

Hey crinrict
1 Interactions are getting queued , then nothing else happens after
2 The game doesn't go unresponsive , its just the sims that won't follow the queued interactions
3 Yes used 3x speed and still just stand there
4 No mods on the game
5 Sent you a DM with 2 save files that won't work

ElenaR341990 Thank you very much for providing all the info. I've passed it on to a Community Manager. Will test your save later to see if I can duplicate this.
EDIT: I tested your save game and I could dupe your freezing. First there was an error about the power generator (which I couldn't find on your lot so I deleted it with mods/cheats). That didn't help. I then switched your home from an R-Rental to a normal residential and except for the usual infant/toddler annoyances, the freezing seems to be resolved doing that.
Since you only have the one apartment, would changing it to residential work with your story ?

Glad that worked for you. Hopefully EA can figure out what's going on.
Would be interesting to know if others in this thread are also playing on a residential rental.
