After update nov 4th my kids/teens will not go to bathroom or eat during school, which means they come home with red bladder and hunger.

Same. This began after the Nov 4 update for me.
My sims are not using the bathroom while at work. They come home and immediately have bladder failures.
Your bug report seem to be similar to a pre-existing one that's already gotten votes. Please see this post.
Have encountered this issue as well, with sims of all ages. I have had adult sims DIE due to this bug, so hoping for a quick fix!

Same. Happened since the November 4 update. Kids come home starving and peeing their pants. Needs fix ASAP.
I am also having this issue since the last update.
It happens with kids/teens when going to school, as well as adults going to work. They are not taking care of their basic needs while gone in their respective rabbit-hole activities, and when returning home are often urinating on themselves as soon as they walk in the door and/or starving.
I'm having the same issue with a few of my sims during work. They come home and immediately wet themselves. Their hunger and bladder needs don't resolve themselves at work, they're coming home with fun, hunger and bladder needs all fully depleted.
