So glad I found this post because I thought I was going mad! I'm trying to get my Legacy sim married but none of her potential partners have been showing her much romantic attention autonomously. Just massages and chat and yes it has been happening since the game update for RL came out and I got the pack. I'm glad I know what the issue is now but please get this fixed EA (especially as the issues appears to have been identified by a helpful modder), as it is actually ruining the spontaneous autonomous actions of all sims, including NPCs 😭
