Sims parents disappearing becoming “Unknown” Sims 4 PS5

After the newest update i’ve noticed multiple glitches; Sims scrolling on phones that aren’t there, the wind effect that happens when they change their outfits after they walk into a new location even though they have the same outfit on/didn’t do an outfit change action, them not being able to complete work tasks Get To Work Pack: Doctor Career Task:Feed Patients and the Get Famous Pack: Actor Career: Get into hair and makeup for Gig, i’ve also noticed glitching in the CAS not being able to navigate on the screen and it freezing prompting me to start over because obviously it won’t save and i can’t move forward so i have to close the game and restart my system, this is all after the newest update im not sure if anyone else is dealing with this as well but my BIGGEST concern is sims disappearing all together I went to assign a memorial picture and the only sim available was the deceased father and not the deceased mother it was weird because she’s also not anywhere in the relationship or in the genealogy she’s completely UNKNOWN mind you this sim is the first sim i’ve ever played with since starting the game so for her to be unknown is insane.
