Sims washing hands in sink in different bathroom (Patch 1.117.288)

I realize that there isn't much to go on yet. I'll update this report if I catch it happening. But I've noticed that occasionally, my Sim will use a toilet in one restroom, and will then go to a sink...

Hi! All my sims go wash their hands on random sinks, even though there's a sink right next to them in the same rooms. One of my sims for example went from the bathroom on the 1st floor to the bathroom downstairs just to wash their hands... when there was already a labelled as a bathroom sink upstairs???

Idk if the new update is responsible for this, or if something's broken in my own game ;--;
