I keep trying to get my sims to take photos of their toddlers. It will queue the action up and they'll stand in front of the tripod, but the screen to actually take the photo will never appear, and they just stand there.
There's been a lot of 'just standing there' since this recent update, but somehow I suspect this report will get closed without any assistance just like my last bug report.
Could you please provide the following information
I don't have active mods or CC and wouldn't make a bug report before checking that.
I can take a photo. I cannot use the "take a photo of" interaction.
I did not try the phone.
Could you test if it's limited to the tripod or also not works otherwise.
Absolutely - I will test this out when I have time to launch the game. I can tell you the camera (not the phone, the regular camera) without the tripod worked just fine for infants. I'll try the phone and the camera without the tripod on a toddler and update you
okay I loaded the game for all of 20 minutes to try and get photos (yay for a million and one bugs...). The camera and the phone alone with the 'take photo of' with a toddler works just fine. It seems to be a tripod issue, but I will also say I was able to use the tripod to take pictures of two other toddlers in this sims family prior to aging this one up.
