Social event tasks not appearing

I just tried to have a family reunion with my sims, but when it started there was nothing in the corner where tasks would pop up. It was completely blank, like not even the little box, so I can’t even end the event early and try again. I play on playstation so I have no mods and the packs I have are cats&dogs, seasons, growing together, my first pet, and toddler stuff. If there’s a way to fix this, or at least end the event early, I would love some advice!

Hello, when I start a solar event in the game, the activities to earn the gold level medal don't appear below. I'd like to know if you can help me fix this. Thank you very much.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Bit unsure what the solar event is. Is this the only event ?
• Did you start it as goaled event ?

The tag is already in place. I've used mods and removed them, but it's still the same. Also, in the photo I sent you, I marked that the activities I need to do to earn the bronze and gold medals aren't showing up. It's not a mod problem; it's a game issue. I remove the mods, and it's still the same. This happens with all the events I do: ranch reunion, house party, birthday party, etc. I need them to complete an objective. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed, please. Thank you very much.
