Social event tasks not appearing

Hello Sims 4 Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue in The Sims 4 where the tasks for social events do not appear. Whenever I try to organize or participate in social events, such as Sleepovers or Baby Showers, the usual task list that guides my Sims’ actions has not appeared for a few months, making it impossible to complete the events properly. This issue affects all events in this category and occurs across multiple households in my game.

For context:

  • I only use official DLC; I do not use mods or custom content.
    I launch the game via Steam and have already run a file integrity scan and reinstalled.
    I also tried a fresh reinstall, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or advise if there is a known solution or patch?

    This is an event I just started, but I can't see any tasks. Or do you mean for the limited-time event?

    My game is in Dutch haha, so please don't mind this. 

    And when I add one via calendar, it gives me no tasks:

    It works well for me though but there are always reports. Just wondering what's triggering it. Did you do the tasks ?

    Could you post a screenshot of where you pick the party ?

    Hi, thanks for your reply. I create them via the calendar. I think the issue triggers every time a limited-time event starts, like The Forever Friends at the moment. Because I had the same issue with the last limited-time event.

    Did you check goaled events ? Are you creating them through the phone as instant ones or calendar ?
