I have discovered that when you place a Staircase on a Platform and then you place a stair rail on that stair case and then flare out the staircase, it visually breaks the stair rails. It is oddly specific as the stair rails do not seem to break when placed on an already flared staircase. I have attached a video clip to show what is happening as well as provide a screenshot.
This issue occurs with all of the stair rails in game and it only seems to occur when placed on a platform. I tested this on the ground and on a foundation and it did not occur. So it seems to specifically be linked to Platforms.
