Stair Rails 'Popping' through Walls and Windows (Patch 1.73)

Adding a little information:
I checked out this issue with making available all owned packs and I found the following 3 stair rails have this issue.

• SV: Old School Stair Rail
• JA: Selvadoradian Wood Railing
• FR: Traditional Tomarang Railing

And more packs -I don't have- are reported in Archieve thread (mentioned by  raven4sims).
At behind the wall that the stairs are attached to, the stair rail hides and appears, when you change your viewpoint or distance to the wall. But it doesn't happen if you look from the stairs side.
