Im not like, SUPER mad about it but my sim just went from scientist level 2 to 7 in a single shift. It helped cause I was low on funds, but it does feel so much like cheating.

Did your sim jump in levels within one shift? Does this thread sound like your issue?

I have the same thing. How do I get a title to create a theme? I have a save where there is evidence of bugs to solve problems.
