Im not like, SUPER mad about it but my sim just went from scientist level 2 to 7 in a single shift. It helped cause I was low on funds, but it does feel so much like cheating.
Ideas
I started testing the game for a bug by position, and the same thing happened again. Due to the "entrepreneur" trait, the career rise from 4th to 8th level is too sharp. And the requirements jump from level 3 to level 8 at once. The problem is clearly in this character trait. I got it for a developer cheat test.
